Mr. James Elford , Principal
Mr James Elford was born in the United Kingdom. He has been working in schools for the past twenty-four years (since 1999) and has been a principal for nine years. He has led schools in Asia, Europe, and Africa. He has taught both primary and secondary aged children and has experience in teacher training. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Qualified Teacher Status (from the University of Chichester) and a National Professional Qualification for Headship (from the National College for School Leadership).
Mrs. Neou Neary
With a Master of Public Administration Mrs. Neou Neary is a professional teacher of kindergarten. She used to be a teacher of kindergarten from 1982 to 1998 and a vice principal of kindergarten from 1998 to 1999 and then became the Principal of Pram Bei Minear (8 March) Kindergarten School from 1999 to 2017.
Mr. Biv Chanvika
Both a Master’s degree in educational administration and leadership and a Bachelor of Art in International Relations (IR) are held by Mr. BIV Chanvika from Pannasastra University of Cambodia (PUC). as a scholarship winner.
The educational background of Mr. BIV Chanvika is well-established. He possesses extensive understanding in both the theory and practice of teaching English, having worked as a teacher for nearly three years. His involvement in school operations and academics team seven years, and he is also a member of the education management team.
