At Kingsbridge International School, we understand that nourishing our students goes beyond simply refuelling it’s about creating joyful, health-conscious moments throughout the day. From breakfast to lunch and snacks, we offer a comprehensive dining experience that supports both physical well-being and social connection.

🌅 Breakfast

Each morning, students are welcomed with a wholesome breakfast designed to energize their day. Our breakfast offerings include a rotating selection of:

  • Whole grain cereals and breads

  • Fresh fruits and yogurt

  • Eggs, cheese, and lean proteins

  • Warm options such as oatmeal or porridge

  • Freshly prepared smoothies and milk

All breakfast items are prepared on-site using fresh, high-quality ingredients, with a focus on balanced nutrition and variety.

🥗 Lunch

Our lunch program is proudly delivered by a dedicated team of chefs and servers who prepare every meal from scratch using small-batch cooking techniques. Daily lunch includes:

  • A main entrée and vegetarian alternative

  • A starch option

  • Two vegetable selections

  • A freshly made soup

  • Access to a deli bar offering sandwiches

  • A salad bar featuring fresh vegetables, whole grains, composed salads, grilled chicken, beans, low-fat yogurt, and cheeses

We source fresh, local ingredients, and all meat and dairy products are hormone- and antibiotic-free. Meals are prepared in a nut-free kitchen using nut-free ingredients to ensure the safety of all students.

Dessert is served daily and may include fresh fruit, pudding, applesauce, or an occasional homemade treat.

To keep students energized between meals, we provide a healthy morning snack for all students. Snack options may include:

  • Seasonal fruits and vegetables

  • Whole grain crackers or rice cakes

  • Low-fat cheese or yogurt

  • Smoothies or fruit cups

Our snack selections are designed to be nutritious, satisfying, and allergy-conscious.
