Heng Pisal, President
With a Master’s Degree in International Political Economy from Graduate School of Pan-Pacific International Studies, Kyung Hee University, South Korea, Mr. Heng Pisal also has a Bachelor Degree of Arts in English Education from the Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL), Royal University of Phnom Penh. He has been a teacher of English for more than 10 years (1994-2006) and currently works for Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation as Deputy Director General of General Department of Asia-Pacific (In charge of Japan, China, South and North Korea, and Mongolia)
Chou Sotheary, Vice President
Born in Phnom Penh and received a Master’s Degree in Business Management from the National University of Management. Previously, Sotheary has been a teacher of Chinese from 2000-2002 and also has worked as an English teacher assistant at PS 194 (Primary School), Bronx, New York, U. S.A from 2010-2013.
Biv Chanvika, Operation Manager
Born in Phnom Penh and holding a Master’s degree in the field of educational administration and leadership from Pannasastra University of Cambodia (PUC), Mr.BIV Chanvika also has a Bachelor of Art in International Relations (IR) from Pannasastra University of Cambodia (PUC). He has built a solid educational background as a scholarship holder. He has been a teacher of English for more than 3 years and has gained a great deal of experience in both the theory and practicality of English teaching. He has gained much experience in the school’s academic quality management system, guidelines, and other regulations; he works closely with parents, teachers, and principals to address students’ behavioral, academic, and other problems.
